FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL IS ALWAYS SLIGHTLY IRREGULAR HOURS:
Week of 8/17-8/21 - no regular scheduled hours WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WEDNESDAY 8/19 8AM-9AM. Orders for house items for Rockbridge will be left at the front desk. The Perch will open for one hour before students leave for Rockbridge from 8-9 am only - last minute house sales!
Student billing begins 8/17 so students MAY bill last minute house items before Rockbridge!
Regular Hours for the 2026/27 school year beginning the week of 8/24:
Monday 8am - 1pm
Tuesday 8am - 1pm
Wednesday 8am - 1pm AND NEW for 2026 3pm - 5 pm
Thursday 8am - 1 pm
Friday 8 am - 1 pm.
Food and Drink sales will begin on 8/24 - no food or drink sales the week of 8/17-21.

All PRE-ORDERS are ready for pickup - if your order is house related, it will be left in a sealed bag at the front desk - please see Mrs. Jones for assistance! All other onpine orders will be filled and ready for pickup on Monday 8/24.

Fall Sports Team Stores - Opening now and first order window closed 8/16 at midnight!
Covenant Sports teams all have their own online team store (SEE LINKS ABOVE) featuring dozens of items including sweatshirts t-shirts, hats, bags, sweatpants and more! All items feature the Covenant Sport logo and are only available during the 3 ordering windows. Fall Order Windows:
Pre-Season Ordering 8/1-8/16 @ midnight
Early Season Ordering 8/17- 9/6 @ midnight
In-Season (FINAL) Ordering 9/7-9/20@ midnight
All Store closing dates (8/16, 9/6 and 9/20) close at midnight on that day. After the last order window - no additional orders will be accepted.
All orders will be delivered to the Perch 2-3 weeks from the store closing date.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom sports items unless there is a discrepency from what was ordered.

Food and Drink Sales at The Perch
Remember that students may bill items to their student account with the exception of food and drinks. Students may bill other items (sweatshirts, water bottles, school supplies) Keep in mind that you do not need to add money or credit for your student to bill. The billing goes directly to your Facts account. You may remove your student's billing privileges at anytime with an email to: theperch@covenantschool.org with "student billing" in the subject line. Perch gift cards are a great way for your student to manage their spending, purchase any amount online!
All Perch Online Orders
Online orders will be filled daily - all orders must be picked up at the Hickory Campus from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Perch or you can request your order be left at the front desk at the Hickory Campus from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. You must email to have your order left at the front desk: theperch@covenantschool.org.
If you would like us to leave your order at the front desk, please email us with your request.
Please note that items left at the front desk are unattended at times, and we’re unable to take responsibility for them. We kindly encourage you to pick up your order as soon as possible after it leaves the store.
Please note - there is no shipping of any orders - occasionally an auto generated message will be sent that indicates your order "was shipped" Please know that is an automated message and all orders are pick up only. We do not provide delivery to the Birdwood campus with the exception of pre-orders brought to orientation in August. All items throughout the year must be picked up at the Hickory Campus.
